Industry solution

Warehouse & Logistics

Stop tying in-warehouse transport to forklifts and push carts. BF-300 AMR slides under loads and moves them between picking, buffer and dispatch points on autonomous routes, while Birfen Fleet manages aisle traffic and mission order from a single console.

01On-site challenges

On-site challenges

The transport and operations problems we meet most often on sites in this industry.

  • Repetitive moves between picking, buffer and dispatch points tie skilled staff to low-value walking and pushing.
  • Forklifts and pallet jacks share aisles with pedestrians, raising both safety risk and slowdowns.
  • At peak times, which move goes first is left to the shift lead's judgement call, and priorities get lost.
  • With manual transport, nobody records where a load is or when it was delivered.

02The Birfen solution

The Birfen solution

How we configure the robots and software around your site.

  • BF-300 AMR positions itself under the load and carries it to its destination using autonomous route planning.
  • Advanced safety protocols let the robot work in the same area as your operators.
  • Birfen Fleet dispatches missions by priority rules, prevents conflicts in narrow aisles and schedules charging automatically.
  • Birfen Fleet connects to your WMS and ERP over OPC UA and REST, so transport missions become part of your existing workflow.

05Outcomes

Outcomes

The operational effects we expect from a well-configured deployment.

  1. Staff move from repetitive transport to value-adding work such as picking, checks and dispatch preparation.

  2. Every transport mission is logged with its origin, route and delivery time, making bottlenecks visible in the data.

  3. Internal logistics runs at a predictable rhythm, independent of on-the-spot decisions by the shift lead.

06How we deploy

How we deploy

From a free site survey to service, in four steps.

  1. Discovery and site survey
  2. Pilot
  3. Installation and integration
  4. Go-live and service

07Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask most often before deciding.

Do we need to change our warehouse layout for BF-300 AMR?
The robot works with autonomous route planning once the site has been mapped. To slide under loads, the carts or carriers it moves need to have suitable dimensions; during the site survey we review your existing carriers and plan any adaptation with you.
Can the robots talk to our WMS or ERP?
Yes. Birfen Fleet integrates with MES, ERP and WMS over OPC UA and REST interfaces. During the site survey we define which data flows in which direction, based on your existing infrastructure.
How do you work out how many robots we need?
We review your transport points, daily mission load and distances during the site survey and recommend the number of robots and a charging plan accordingly. As demand grows, the fleet can be expanded step by step through Birfen Fleet.

Let's look at your site together.

In a free site survey we review your transport points, routes and existing systems, then recommend the right robot and software setup.
