01Overview

Overview

T10 is a smart service robot designed for the restaurant and hospitality sectors. It interacts with customers through adaptive head movements, a 23.8-inch interactive touchscreen and customisable character traits. An open tray system and AI tray detection feature simplify order delivery; a 360° vision system comprising 4 stereo cameras + VSLAM + an RGB camera ensures safe navigation in busy environments. Thanks to the multi-robot fleet management algorithm, multiple T10 units can work together to optimise service operations in large spaces.

Highlights

T10 — It brings an experience, not just an order.

01

It brings an experience, not just an order.

Its 23.8-inch touchscreen displays the menu, promotional offers and welcome message on the table; it interacts with guests through adaptive head movements and facial expressions. Its character, voice and exterior finish are customised to suit the business.

T10 — It recognises the tray and knows the order.

02

It recognises the tray and knows the order.

The open tray system enables rapid loading; AI tray detection recognises which trays are full and which have been collected, and automatically moves on to the next table. With a 40 kg capacity, it can serve multiple tables in a single round, even during peak periods.

T10 — 360° view of a crowded hall.

03

360° view of a crowded hall.

A vision system comprising four stereo cameras, VSLAM and an RGB camera detects children, chairs and moving waiters from all directions. With a clearance width of 59 cm, it navigates safely between tables.

T10 — Multiple T10, single layout.

04

Multiple T10, single layout.

The multi-robot fleet algorithm coordinates the routes of T10 units operating in the same space; they wait for one another at junctions and share tasks. In large restaurant and hotel dining areas, service capacity scales with the number of robots.

T10 — It can complete a shift on a single charge.

05

It can complete a shift on a single charge.

It operates for between 9 and 12.5 hours on a single charge; it takes 5.5 hours to fully charge. It can handle the busy midday and evening shifts on the same charge.
