01Overview

Overview

W3 is an autonomous service robot built for multi-floor venues. IoT-based elevator integration lets it move between floors, while automatic doors and ventilation enable contactless, hygienic delivery. Four independent adjustable compartments serve up to four destinations on a single dispatch, and a privacy-focused, spill-preventing design meets the discretion expectations of hotel guests.

02Highlights

Highlights

W3 — It calls the lift itself.

01

It calls the lift itself.

It talks to the elevator over IoT: calls the cabin, boards, rides to the target floor and gets off. In multi-floor hotels and hospitals it needs no escort for room service or supply deliveries.

W3 — Four doors, four addresses, one trip.

02

Four doors, four addresses, one trip.

Four independent, adjustable compartments let it deliver to four different rooms on a single command; each door opens only at its own address. With 20 kg of total payload, room service, laundry and medication go in the same trip.

W3 — Contactless and hygienic.

03

Contactless and hygienic.

Automatic doors and internal ventilation keep the contents closed and fresh along the way; the spill-preventing design carries liquids safely. The guest or patient receives the item without contact with anyone.

04

Discreet and quiet.

Closed compartments do not reveal what is being carried in the corridor, meeting the hotel guest's expectation of privacy. A 70 cm passage width keeps it moving comfortably in narrow hotel corridors.

05

It covers the night shift too.

Up to 12 hours of battery covers the whole day, with a 6.5-hour recharge. Night-time service requests and early-morning deliveries are met without waiting for staff.
