BF-50 AMR is designed to operate 24/7 in outdoor environments to ensure the safe transfer of products between stations. Thanks to its obstacle detection, autonomous route planning and robust construction capable of withstanding variable weather conditions, it relieves staff of routine transport tasks; every step of the delivery flow is monitored in real time.

Over long distances between stations.
BF-50 It navigates the external route between stations independently: it picks up the sample or product from the lidded cargo compartment, transports it to the entrance of the destination building and delivers it. Staff do not have to set off on the journey each time.

Come rain or shine, day or night.
Its chassis is designed to cope with variable weather conditions; it maintains its course on wet surfaces, in windy conditions and in low light. Operating 24/7, it continues to transport goods even outside normal working hours.

Pedestrians, forklifts, vehicles: detects and waits.
The front stereo camera and sensor strip detect people and vehicles on the road; the robot slows down, stops or navigates around them. The emergency stop button is always within easy reach.

Where and when it was delivered: you’ll know straight away.
Real-time location tracking shows where the robot is; delivery status notifications are sent to both the recipient and the sender. There are no lost samples or indefinite waiting periods.

It takes routine transport tasks off the team’s hands.
In-plant transfers, repeated dozens of times a day, are handed over to the robot; laboratory and production teams can return to their core tasks. Tasks are planned using Birfen Fleet, whilst routes and deliveries are monitored from a single panel.
