01Overview

Overview

BF-300 AMR eliminates the need for manual handling in warehouse logistics. It positions itself beneath loads and transports them along an autonomous route; advanced safety protocols allow it to operate alongside operators. With a fast return on investment (ROI) and savings in both time and costs, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, from medium-sized businesses to large industrial facilities.

Highlights

BF-300 AMR — It moves underneath the load, lifts it and transports it.

01

It moves underneath the load, lifts it and transports it.

BF-300 manoeuvres between shelves and positions itself beneath a wheeled cage trolley or transport platform, lifts the load and transports it to the delivery point along its autonomous route. Forklifts, pallet trucks and manual pushing are no longer required; loads of up to 300 kg can be transported in a single journey.

BF-300 AMR — Working alongside the operator, without requiring the operator to wait.

02

Working alongside the operator, without requiring the operator to wait.

Thanks to advanced safety protocols, it shares the same aisle with warehouse staff; it slows down and waits when someone is in its path, and continues once the way is clear. Whilst staff focus on picking and packing, the robot handles the transport.

BF-300 AMR — It demonstrates what it does.

03

It demonstrates what it does.

The LED strip encircling the body allows the robot’s status to be read remotely; the front display shows the target and task status. It is immediately clear who is going where in the warehouse, and the operator monitors the fleet from the control panel.

BF-300 AMR — It plans its own route.

04

It plans its own route.

It learns the warehouse layout, selects the shortest safe route through the aisles and replans its route according to changing obstacles. No fixed tracks, magnetic strips or floor markings are required; the map is updated when the layout changes.

BF-300 AMR — It offers a quick return on investment.

05

It offers a quick return on investment.

It shuttles back and forth between the shelving and the dispatch area throughout the shift; this reduces waiting times, damage and labour costs associated with manual handling. It scales from medium-sized warehouses to large industrial facilities using the same robot; multiple BF-300 units are managed from a single panel via Birfen Fleet.
