Industry solution

Hospitality & Restaurants

Share the load of your service and housekeeping teams at peak hours. BirfenBot and T10 handle service and reception on the floor, while W3 travels between floors by elevator to make contactless in-room deliveries.

01On-site challenges

On-site challenges

The transport and operations problems we meet most often on sites in this industry.

  • At peak hours, waiters spend so much time carrying between kitchen and table that there is little left for guests.
  • Room service and guest requests keep reception and housekeeping staff moving between floors.
  • Finding experienced service staff and fully covering every shift is getting harder.
  • Guests expect service that is contactless and respects their privacy.

02The Birfen solution

The Birfen solution

How we configure the robots and software around your site.

  • BirfenBot serves several tables in one trip with its four-tier carrying frame, and runs all day with an automatic charging dock.
  • T10 moves through busy dining rooms with an interactive touchscreen and 360° perception, and also greets and guides guests.
  • W3 moves between floors through IoT elevator integration and delivers to several rooms in one trip with four independent compartments.
  • While the robots handle the carrying, your team focuses on orders, presentation and the guest relationship.

04Outcomes

Outcomes

The operational effects we expect from a well-configured deployment.

  1. Waiters spend more time at the table instead of carrying, and service keeps its pace at peak hours.

  2. In-room deliveries happen contactless and on record, without pulling reception staff from the desk.

  3. The robots leave guests with a memorable experience and put the innovative side of your business forward.

06Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask most often before deciding.

Do service robots replace waiters?
No. The robots carry between kitchen and table, or between reception and the room; ordering, presentation and guest contact stay with your team. The aim is to handle peak hours more comfortably with the same team.
Can the robots pass between closely spaced tables?
Each model's minimum passage width is listed in the specifications on its product page. We review your dining room layout during the site survey and decide with you which model can work in which area.
Which elevators can W3 work with?
W3 moves between floors by communicating with the elevator through an IoT-based integration. During the site survey we assess integration suitability based on your elevator's make, model and control system.

Let's look at your site together.

In a free site survey we review your transport points, routes and existing systems, then recommend the right robot and software setup.
