Privacy Policy

• We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking tools on this site.
• Visitor statistics are measured with Umami, which we host on our own server and which does not use cookies.
• We only receive personal data when you fill in the contact form, and only what you choose to share.
• We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

When you fill in the form, we receive your first and last name, your e-mail address, optionally your phone number and company name, and your message. We use this information to answer your request and, where relevant, to schedule a demo and prepare a quotation.

Form submissions are stored in our database, which only authorised staff can access through a password-protected admin panel. Our authorised staff are notified by e-mail when a new request arrives, and our replies to your request are also sent by e-mail.

To understand how the site is used, we host the open-source Umami analytics software on our own server (analytics.birfenrobotics.com.tr). Umami does not use cookies, does not store a persistent identifier in your browser and does not record your IP address. Unique visitors are counted with a temporary hash generated with a regularly rotated key, which cannot be used to identify you.

The information collected is limited to aggregated, anonymous statistics such as pages visited, referring site, browser, operating system, device type and approximate location at country or city level. These statistics are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising.

When you visit the site, our web server and our hosting and content delivery network (CDN) providers automatically keep technical records such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, browser and operating system information (user agent) and the referring address.

These records are used only to keep the site secure and available, to fix errors and to detect attacks. They are kept for no longer than 1 (one) year and are not used to build personal profiles.

Your information is not sold. It is shared with the following parties only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• our e-mail delivery provider Resend, to deliver form notifications and our replies;
• our hosting and content delivery network (CDN) providers, to host the site, the database and technical logs and to deliver the site securely;
• competent public authorities, only where required by law.

Some servers of our service providers may be located outside Türkiye. In that case, transfers are made with the appropriate safeguards required by Article 9 of the KVKK. Details are set out in our Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

Form submissions are kept for 2 (two) years after your request has been closed and server logs for no longer than 1 (one) year, unless the law requires a longer retention period. Records whose retention period has expired, or whose erasure you request, are erased or anonymised.

All communication between the site and your browser is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Form submissions can only be accessed by authorised staff through an admin panel protected by a secure session cookie. Please note, however, that no data transmission over the internet is entirely without risk.

The site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries for functional purposes only, such as remembering your language and theme preferences; it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
