Industry solution

Manufacturing

Get the right material to the right station at the right time. Birfen AMRs take over line feeding, buffer moves and sample transport, while Birfen Fleet connects that flow to your MES and ERP.

01On-site challenges

On-site challenges

The transport and operations problems we meet most often on sites in this industry.

  • Every time operators leave their station to fetch parts and material, the line loses its rhythm.
  • Buffer areas overflow one moment and run empty the next; nobody can see which station needs what, right now.
  • Getting quality-control samples to the lab often means changing buildings and waiting.
  • Manual transport leaves gaps in traceability records.

02The Birfen solution

The Birfen solution

How we configure the robots and software around your site.

  • BF-300 AMR moves material carts between stations and buffer areas autonomously, using under-load transport.
  • BF-50 AMR carries samples and products outdoors between buildings and reports delivery status in real time.
  • Birfen Fleet prioritises missions and manages robot traffic; its OEE and KPI dashboard makes intralogistics performance visible.
  • The robots detect and avoid dynamic obstacles on their route, and Birfen Fleet talks to MES and ERP systems over OPC UA and REST.

05Outcomes

Outcomes

The operational effects we expect from a well-configured deployment.

  1. Operators stay at their stations, and stoppages caused by waiting for material go down.

  2. Buffer moves become traceable: what was moved to which station, and when, is on record.

  3. Sample transport flows predictably, independent of the shift plan.

06How we deploy

How we deploy

From a free site survey to service, in four steps.

  1. Discovery and site survey
  2. Pilot
  3. Installation and integration
  4. Go-live and service

07Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask most often before deciding.

Can the AMRs integrate with our existing MES?
Birfen Fleet connects to MES, ERP and WMS systems over OPC UA and REST. We define the scope of the integration with you after reviewing your existing infrastructure.
Which robot is right for line feeding?
For material carts or heavy loads indoors, BF-300 AMR is the natural fit; for outdoor transport between buildings, BF-50 AMR. We confirm the recommendation in the site survey based on loads, passage widths and floor conditions.
Do we have to stop production during commissioning?
We plan mapping and commissioning with you around your shift schedule. The goal is for the installation to affect your production flow as little as possible.

Let's look at your site together.

In a free site survey we review your transport points, routes and existing systems, then recommend the right robot and software setup.
