Every deployment starts with a free site survey. Timelines vary by site, but at every step it's clear what happens next and who owns it.
We listen to your needs and review your transport points, routes, floors and existing systems on site, then recommend the right robot and software setup.
We run the proposed robot in part of your site, on real loads and routes. Then we review the results with you and confirm the scope.
We map the site, set up missions and stops, and connect Birfen Fleet to your WMS, ERP or MES.
We train your operators and stay on site with you through the first weeks. Maintenance, spare parts and technical support come from our team in Yalova.

Typically a few weeks; the exact timeline depends on site size, the number of robots and the integration scope. After the site survey we share a schedule covering mapping, testing and commissioning.
Yes. Birfen Fleet connects to your existing WMS, ERP and MES over REST, WebSocket and OPC UA. During the site survey we agree which data flows in which direction, and the scope of the integration, based on your infrastructure.
Yes. The robots continuously sense their surroundings and slow down, stop or steer around people and obstacles in their path. Emergency stop, speed limits and site-specific slow zones are set up during commissioning, and we plan the routes with your health and safety team.
Installation, maintenance and technical support come from our team in Yalova, and spare parts ship from there too. We agree the service scope and response times with you at the quotation stage.
We start with a conversation about your needs and your site, then schedule a demo where you see the right robot at work. Where possible, the demo runs on your own site with your own loads, and we follow up with a proposal for the setup and software. We reply to every request within 2 business days.
